Erupsi Akneiformis dan Striae Distensiae setelah Terapi Kortikosteroid Sistemik untuk Nefritis Purpura Henoch-Schonlein

Latar belakang: Terapi kortikosteroid sistemik jangka lama dan dosis tinggi pada purpura Henoch-Schonlein (PHS) dengan keterlibatan ginjal dapat menimbulkan berbagai efek samping, salah satunya dematologik. Kasus: Anak berusia 14 tahun nefritis PHS mengalami erupsi akneiform/EA striae distensae/SD akibat pemberian panjang terkait pengobatan penyakitnya. Penatalaksanaan doxycycline vitamin D3. topikal berupa perawatan wajah, kombinasi benzoyl peroxide 5% clindamycin 1,2% area lesi di wajah dada, krim pelembap serta tretinoin 0,1% untuk striae. Simpulan: Efek samping kulit seperti EA SD merupakan masalah tersendiri; penghentian obat yang dicurigai pilihan utama.
 Background: Long term and high doses of systemic corticosteroid therapy for Purpura (HSP) with kidney’s involvement can cause various side effects, one which is dermatologic. Case: A 14-year-old boy HSP nephritis developed acneiform eruption (AE) distensae (SD) due to long-term administration corticosteroids treatment his disease. The management Topical a combination facial care topical 1.2% twice day face chest lesion, moisturizing cream 0.1% lesions. Conclusion: Side effects on the skin such as AE should be managed properly; discontinuation suspected drug main option.
